Do better the rack coating falls off. then the rack rust and I had to replace it at almost half of what the dishwasher cost.you should be ashamed of yourself Airsmen

Just after a year of owning the dishwasher basket, all of the metal is corroding because the waterproof coating was of inferior quality.

Great dishwasher, aside from this basket. Please change to a higher quality version, made with rust resistant materials, if you want to keep your customers.

I ordered a dishwasher basket. I live in the United States, but it was sent to the United Kingdom. I contacted customer service who told me they would resolve the situation if I provided an order number and proof of purchase. I did so immediately. It has now been over a week without a response.
